Job Title: HR Executive cum Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
We are looking for an HR Executive cum Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Executive cum Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience using recruitment tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
